Neighbors, aaaahhhh neighbors, you either love ‘em or hate ‘em and there are a few neighbors that we definitely love more than others and that’s putting it kindly. Why does it always feel that you get neighbors who are the total opposite of everything you know and do and they end up right next door to you? These neighbors get you just a little irratated on one or more things that they do or don’t do to make you cringe every time you think of them. Here’s to name a few common neighbor issues:
- Their grass is more weeds than grass which makes the line from their yard to your yard scewed a little bit because those weeds always try to inch closer and closer to your yard so then you have to pay extra money to keep those pesky weeds out of your yard so your yard remains more grass than weeds.
- Their kids are not the kids that you would choose for your kids to hang around with but your kids always get stuck hanging out with them because they live right next door, it’s convenient and their the only one’s who are usually home on the block.
- Their pets decide to use your sand box as a liter box even though you keep your pets in the lines of your yard by again paying extra money to install an underground fence to ensure your pets don’t get out of your yard and bother others but then they have zilch respect for this concept and still let their pets over the line even though they are chancing their life by either dogs or a stray bebe.
This is just to name a few and then you have neighbors who you truly love like our wonderful neighbors across the street. We can always count on them to share our same views of the other neighbors while also sharing a cup of wine or 2 or 3. These neighbors are the ones you call up when anything happens and you can count on them at all hours of the night if need be. These neighbors make you think again when you are so sick of your other neighbors and so badly want to move to maybe stick it out a little while longer. And these neighbors you are truly thankful to have as neighbors.

Oh, that’s just Dan The Man, Danny-Boy, Mr. Dan, Grumpy Old Man, whatever you want to call him, we love him and his better half and are so thankful that they are our neighbors!!
