Bio

We are just your average family of four living in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan.  We have been together for 17 years (childhood sweethearts). We have 2 boys, a 6 year old and a 1 year old, and 2 dogs (all we’re missing is the white picket fence to make our world idyllic.)  We  both work full time jobs while I also go to school full time so our lives are a little hectic these days.  We try to use laughter and level-headed communication when handling situations……Ha who are we kidding?  The laughter part is true, but we are also a little sarcastic in our communication style, while we try our hardest to be level-headed when it comes to handling most situations, the one thing we do know is that we are going through this together and are here for each other when ‘Sh!t’ I mean when ‘life’ happens.

We know there is an over-abundance of sites and blogs that support Moms, so we wanted our site to be a place where Dads can come and feel comfortable discussing their situations too.  So this blog is to help other parents, as well as ourselves, share their stories and ideas while also providing a support group and having a place where parents can get together and post/comment on situations in our lives as well as theirs.
